Review:The carpet glider did nothing for us, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my LIGHT 'N' Easy Steam Mop! We have an ugly kitchen floor that will be replaced when we remodel, but in the meantime, we're stuck with horrible fake tiles with grooves that collect dirt. Regular mopping does nothing. Getting on my knees with scrub brush and blotting helps some, but who has the time (or knees) for that? I worry about the health ramifications of the horrible chemicals used in the "popular" mops with disposable pads or sprays, so we refuse to use those. Not only do we not want those toxic chemicals in our home for our own health reasons, we have our beloved kitties to watch out for. Pets walk across floors then lick their paws, thus ingesting those dangerous chemicals. And if you have a crawling baby, think about the damage it's doing to them! So steam seemed the best choice. I tried an expensive steam mop a couple years back and hated it. It had a bunch of fancy things that didn't work, steamed so much my hair frizzed, and cleaned nothing, so I was not a fan and it went back to the store. But my friend loves her steam mop so much, I thought I'd try again, but this time I wanted a mop that did nothing but steam clean my floors. No attachments, just plain, simple steam cleaning for floors. And the Light 'N' easy delivers! I hate(!) cleaning, but I actually look forward to using this mop. My kitchen floor looks new! It's still ugly, but it's no longer dirty and embarrassing. I love the easy-change Velcro pads and that I can wash and reuse them. The mop is light and easy, just like the name! Now if they only made a handheld steam cleaner, I'd be a happy camper with clean showers. I know they make a mop/handheld combo, but I didn't want that. So off to read reviews and find a handheld. I only hope i can find one as amazing as my LIGHT'N'EASY Mop! Read more

Review:I bought this specifically to go over the carpeted landings on our stairs - to steam out the slight urine smell. I always spot clean them when it happens - but the smell sorta lingers after the scented spot cleaner fades away. I figured this might help. It worked ok. Nothing you really need... (well, nothing I really needed) but for $10 - it's not the worst product attachment one can buy. Also - people have complained about how it doesn't stay attached. It more or less, sits on the attachment. There's no 'click in place' mechanism. IT just sits there. You have to be mindful of that when using it - but I had no problems with it coming off. It just glides over the carpet - and produces heated steam just like if you used it on your floors. Read more

Review:I use this for small stains on my carpets (I still have carpet in the bedrooms). It seems to work okay, but also seems a bit flimsy. It doesn't match or anything. You just place the head of the steam mop inside the frame and push. that means a lot of bending over to pick up and move around chairs, or from room to room. I'm pretty lazy and would have preferred something that clipped on to the steam mop to avoid having to bend over so much when moving from room to room. Read more

Review:Absolute garbage I ain't got a whole lot to say about this. But it is garbage It's a plate that does not secure to the bottom. Even though it's the exact part number for the steam cleaner that I have from the manufacturer. It doesn't clip to the bottom It doesn't stand the bottom. You just set your steam cleaner on it and it helps it glide up on your floor there's no scrubbing there's no nothing. You think so every time you would lift it it would at least stay on but it has no clips to hold it on. It's a useless piece of crap. I'm being honest do not buy this It's a waste of your time. You're better off just taking the cleaning pad and taking it off and holding it on the spot and letting it steam the spots that you're trying to clean then take some carpet cleaner and spray down there and scrub it. If you plan on scrubbing whole carpets you might as well as well plan on taking a couple days to clean your carpets with this Just go run to carpet cleaner. Read more

Review:I am having to return product due to the fact it does not fit my model of steam mop. I am just hoping they still offer the carpet glider for my model. I have been trying to locate one since the original steam mop did not include this item in their selection of accessories. I suggest highly to the company to start including the carpet glider with each steam mop & making the iron attachment an option to be purchased separate. I love my steam mop with the removable hand-held attachment for special jobs. It works amazingly well & have wanted to see what kind of job it would do for my carpet. I will research further to try to reorder for my model number. It arrived early which was great. Read more

Review:Only 4 stars, doesn't snap on, but it worked well on the rug and didn't come off while doing the rug. Not sure what purpose this serves to go over all your rugs, it isn't really cleaning anything that I can see. Maybe if you sprayed the cloth with some kind of nice smelling cleaner it would make the rug smell better, but I used it to get up a couple left over spots from our dogs. They were stains carpet shampoo machine didn't get up. First I sprayed the spots with one of those sprays for dog messes , let it sit a few minutes, then put the steamer directly on the spot and pumped to get lots of steam on the spot. Then went over with the rug shampoo machine and Walla , spots were gone. Worked great. Read more

Review:This so called "Carpet Gliding Attachment" does not "attach"--AT ALL! It is a cheap piece of plastic that probably didn't even cost $2.00 to make. It is too big to fit over the cleaning pad properly and must be continually adjusted. To charge $12.99 for this cheap piece of junk is an insult to loyal Amazon customers and they should take it off the market. Obviously, this company does not have a "Quality Control" department.
